"Boosted Hybrid Participation from 40% to 74%"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Klaxoon?

What I love most about Klaxoon is the quiz and survey tools built directly into the session flow. That's what our facilitators rely on most, and the impact on participants has been measurable. Klaxoon lets me make quizzes to prepare engaging presentations and also to give feedback at the end of the meeting. Before we introduced this tool, our post-session survey showed roughly 40% of participants felt they had meaningfully contributed to the outcome, and after six months of running sessions through Klaxoon that figure climbed to about 74% based on the same survey question. The change came from giving quieter team members a low-friction way to share their views without having to speak over people in the room. The anonymous response option specifically was something several team members mentioned, unprompted, as the reason they felt more comfortable sharing honest opinions during planning sessions. Participants are more active in giving their opinions, using the anonymous identity to add to the conversation. In a hybrid work environment, Klaxoon has been very useful for handling project management and boosting team engagement. It offers visual collaboration features that centralize information and make the workspace very interactive. Before using Klaxoon, our remote participants were effectively observers who could see what was happening, but participating required interrupting the room, which most people avoided. The simultaneous contribution model changed that, since everyone adds to the board at the same time regardless of where they are, and facilitators see everything in one place without managing two separate experiences. It makes both groups feel equally present. On setup, participants joining from a link with an existing account is the most important usability format, and it removed the biggest barrier in any workshop with external participants. I particularly value the extensive template library and the ability to facilitate remote participation, which makes it our preferred choice for remote work. Facilitators need a couple of sessions to feel fully confident building their own activities from scratch, but the template library covers most common workshop formats well enough to run a credible first session without any prior experience, and most of our team leads were running their own sessions independently within two weeks of being introduced to the platform. {"What I think needs improvement is the value proposition against Teams and Zoom. It has become harder to defend internally, and it's something users flag consistently.","Zoom and Teams now have most of these features. So paying extra to use them on Klaxoon is a bit less full finished financially.","In our last budget review the question came up directly, and it took a detailed run of the depth of Klaxoon's facilitation toolkit — specifically the mission sequencing, the gamified path, and the analytic on participant — to justify the additional cost against tools the organization already pays for.","Klaxoon needs to make the difference more visible and more tangible inside their product itself. Rather than leaving customers to build the case manually at the renewal wall.","A clear ROI dashboard showing engagement trends over time compared to standard meeting tools would make that conversation considerably easier.","I found facilitators need a couple of sessions to feel fully confident building their own activities from scratch."} Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, fun, and collaborative: essential features and great teams"
5/5
What do you like best about Klaxoon?

Ease of use and very fun, for example, to engage a working group with adventures. Designed for collaboration with the board with plenty of essential features (colors, labels, votes, exports, ...) and templates! A great team both in support and customer relations, the Klaxoon bar is particularly great. The license is clearly affordable for a company budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Collaborative Workspace with Helpful Real-Time Templates"
5/5
What do you like best about Klaxoon?

I can quickly enter into the work space where i can see what each member of my team is currently doing to edit the project plan. The templates that are available were useful for drawing up a simple flow chart/task list in real time while holding a meeting. My hands hurt from typing today; at least i don’t have to use as many keystrokes to get through using the interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Klaxoon?

The canvas will become very slow/laggy when we create a diagram/project plan that is either too large or too detailed. It is frustrating attempting to organize the interconnected blocks on a large process map because the formatting tools seem to be somewhat cumbersome and additionally the app has been needing an update for the mobile version. "Klaxoon Made Sprint Collaboration Easy and Visual"
5/5
What do you like best about Klaxoon?

Initially when someone mentioned that my Sprint would have to be done on Klaxoon, I thought it was a "whiteboard" that would be difficult to manage, slow us down, and everything that comes with learning something new, however, the ease of the application, the visual, the collaboration all made our Sprint project go exceptionally well. The application is very user-friendly and is a must for any collaborative work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Perhaps the only thing would be the price per person. Would be great if it was a one-time cost rather than ongoing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential for Collaborative Logistics Planning"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Klaxoon?

I like that Klaxoon provides a single visual space to map out system requirements, which helps keep decisions in one place instead of scattered across separate email threads. The real-time collaboration is a standout feature for me, as it allows my writers, who are in different locations, to work on the same board simultaneously, which is incredibly valuable. I find it useful for brainstorming sessions and appreciate that we were able to lay out a content campaign calendar in just one session. The templates are also a significant benefit, allowing me not to start from scratch every time, and Klaxoon loads fast enough to keep participants engaged throughout sessions. What do you dislike about Klaxoon?

It does struggle once a board gets crowded. Ours fill up with draft copy and reference material, and you can feel it slow down. Flowcharts are more fiddly than they should be. And some of the tools feel pretty bare-bones. I'd really like better form options, that's the gap I notice most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Klaxoon Amplifies Meeting Engagement and Collaboration"
4/5
What do you like best about Klaxoon?

I appreciate Klaxoon's interactive tools, like polls, quizzes, and live boards, which pull every participant into the conversation, making our planning sessions lively and inclusive. It helps me run meetings where the whole team contributes, leading to faster decision-making and keeping my projects on track. The platform shines in lifting team engagement and collaboration, allowing everyone to brainstorm freely and add their thoughts in various formats. I can easily organize related points, reducing post-session cleanup. It's great that quieter team members now have a way to be heard. Klaxoon is quick and handles large groups efficiently, and the tutorials and support made the setup straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Klaxoon?

My main wish is that it played more nicely with the tools we already live in. Right now the connections to Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace feel a bit thin, so I end up moving things across by hand more than I'd like. And though there's already some AI helping things along behind the scenes, I'd happily take a built-in way to generate content rather than reaching for a separate tool. "Perfect for remote design workshops"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Klaxoon?

This product has been a game changer for us when we're doing brainstorming sessions on a daily basis with our remote teams. We have a large library of interactive templates, so we can start workshops with engaging discussions without any prior setup. Our most intense planning meetings require hundreds of sticky notes and high resolution images, and we need to use the visual canvas to do so! Real time cursor tracking keeps all participants focused and aligned all the way through the creative process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Klaxoon?

The user interface is very cluttered and navigating through complex boards is a very frustrating experience. The platform uses up too much memory on the computer, and often makes a laptop overheat while performing larger virtual workshops. Support refuses to prioritize requests even if the account is locked and typically sends out a non-helpful email template for the same. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Collaboration and Brainstorming Tool with User-Friendly Templates"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Klaxoon?

I love how it displays web links, and it really provides a helpful solution for collaboration and brainstorming. I can use it anywhere, and I appreciate how easy it is to work together in real time. I also love the templates and how user-friendly they are. Overall, it’s an excellent tool with a wide range of features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Klaxoon?

I would really appreciate a custom template, because I find some of the features difficult to understand. I also don’t like that you can’t have multiple pages within a single file, which makes it harder to keep related content together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear Development Insights with Great Process Diagrams and Templates"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Klaxoon?

I love that it provides a clear understanding of the development process, and being able to create process diagrams is fantastic. It lets you visually represent complex functionality, which makes it easy to use when building out the solution architecture. One of my favorite aspects is the set of predefined templates, which helps streamline the whole process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Klaxoon?

I don’t like that there’s no way to automatically organize items, and I’m also wary that automation can lead to errors. Overall, it could be improved further, especially in terms of usability and the design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Template-Rich Collaboration That Makes Workflow Mapping Fast and Easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Klaxoon?

I really like the template library, as it gives me a place to begin creating. There is rarely a situation where i am staring at a blank canvas and unable to find a template similar enough to create something relevant. With this feature, you are able to have team members collaborate on the same board in a meeting without losing momentum. I have created workflow maps quickly using klaxoon that would have been difficult to describe in writing and they work. I sit on my couch with my laptop and can generate something i can share within about an hour. This was much harder to accomplish before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Klaxoon?

When larger boards are generated performance issues occur and it is frustrating when you are mid-meeting session and the board starts to slow down. In order to manage space and projects, i delete older project boards. Although i can view content easily, i find editing on my phone is more hassle then it is worth. My impression is that the desktop application and the mobile application seem to be two completely separate applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
