The features (multichannel notifications, incident management, reporting) are comprehensive but not very differentiating compared to competitors like AlertMedia or RedFlag.

Klaxoon makes meetings and collaborative work more interactive, structured, and effective by improving team engagement and accelerating decision-making.

**What do you dislike about Klaxoon?**

Klaxoon may seem too complex for users who only want a simple collaboration tool, with an interface that is sometimes cluttered. Its price is also considered high by some companies compared to more integrated alternatives like Microsoft Teams or Miro.

**What problems is Klaxoon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Klaxoon helps solve the problems of uninteractive meetings, lack of collaboration between teams, and difficulty in centralizing ideas during projects. This allows for saving time, making exchanges more dynamic, and improving participant engagement, even remotely.

**What do you like best about Klaxoon?**

I like how Klaxoon allows me to make a flow into a visible board, which makes it possible to see everything in one go, all of the flows. This is especially useful in my job where I need to test things, and I can see what happens at the beginning and what happens at the end in one easy overview.

**What do you dislike about Klaxoon?**

It was a bit difficult to navigate at first. But once I got around to using it more often, it started to become more clear.

**What problems is Klaxoon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Klaxoon for sharing content with teams and getting a clear overview. It helps me see the whole flow in one go, making my job of testing easier as I can track everything from start to finish.

As an admin, It's very easy to use. The client support is great; they train you when you purchase a license which it's very much appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Klaxoon?**

It's very complicated for the users to join. Those who have never used the platform always need a couple of minutes to understand how to log-in.

**Recommendations to others considering Klaxoon:**

Once you've logged in it's very easy to use.
Great collaborative tool.
