I like Klarna because the interface is really easy and the sign in process has become a lot easier recently, even though it used to be quite difficult. I also find it useful that I can check on my purchases easily. The payment process is straightforward, as they send good reminders and it's easy to pay stuff off. I like that Klarna offers four interest-free repayments, which makes it easier for customers to pay in installments without feeling like they're paying any interest. This feature seems to encourage customers to place orders when they choose Klarna as their payment option. The setup was also very easy, which is a big plus for me. Klarna started as an online platform that allowed customers to split their payments into three installments, which was especially useful for purchases like electronic devices. Recently, however, Klarna has evolved into a more comprehensive payment tool by adding new features to its platform, such as restaurant tickets and a wallet for storing money and card information. They aim to help customers make purchases of larger ticket items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Klarna? We have applied twice to Klarna to be offered via our family retail business Website. We offer a variety of beauty and grooming products, much like other popular retail shops that already use and offer Klarna (and which Klarna proudly advertises as their customers). However, our applications are rejected incorrectly and unjustly because Klarna tags us as a company that does "drop shipping", simply because we offer a variety of brands. We are NOT a drop shipping company. We have NEVER drop shipped. We are a retail eCommerce shop. We have our own inventory of products that we fully purchase and and store in our warehouse. We have the full legal right to resell these brands as retail corporation (just like some other already approved and advertised by Klarna as their customers). The only difference is that we are not a giant corporation, but rather a local family business. The Klarna review process has been very difficult and illogical. It is not possible to get any help via support as a merchant. At this time we would not recommend any businesses to engage with Klarna. It would wonderful if Klarna can be more understanding and fair in their merchant review process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
