What do you like best about Klara?

I like that "unread" and "read" part. Its very easy to copy and the MRN number and access patients accounts to help them quicker. It's great for patient if there at work and need to cancel or reschedule an appointment because it's like a text message conversion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its hard to communcation with patient when it's not a basic request like making, cancelling and reschdueling an appointment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
