Opening links versus a simple text. We get many older patients that cannot be clicking on links to simply read a message. They would prefer a straight text message. I love that I can clearly state due process, appointments, and other pertinent information to my patients in real time without the hassle of waiting for someone to pick up a phone call. Clear, black and white words on the screen tend to be easier to understand and a reliable source to reflect on when they need to find important answer to their medical needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Klara? Klara only has one flaw. That flaw is a major deduction in points in my opinion. When someone calls and klara picks up the voicemail in order to translate to text so I can read it on my screen, it cuts off the voicemail and only gives me bits and pieces of the original voice message. If this one major flaw could be fixed, I'd give klara a perfect score. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Klara solving and how is that benefiting you? Klara helps to communicate with our patients in real time without the fuss of playing phone tag. This not only benefits our clinic, it also benefits the patient. Patients have complained many times about not being alble to get through via phone calls. Klara eliminates those complaints by 50%. As long as our patients can navigate a smart phone or computer, they are more likely to use klara text which ultimately gets messages to the provider in a sufficient amount of time.
