It is a very easy to use program, its customization and configuration are also very simple, does not require learning curve and facilitates that the field team can create customizable digital templates and access them from any mobile device, also offers intelligent options such as photos, geolocation, signature, NFC label, barcode, audio, checkbox. This allows us to generate very complete reports that can be extracted or converted to pdf, excel or word. another relevant aspect is that no Internet connection is required to use the application, allows file sharing, images and other functions. I would like to provide the option to create a series of templates per inspection or inspected site, I can not compare from the apps the data collected in that inspection with the data taken in previous inspections. Recommendations to others considering Kizeo Forms: It is a very functional and efficient tool, we got information from this program on the Internet, however we had doubts about the veracity of it so we decided to test it, we will never regret this decision we could verify by its performance the quality of the program, today we hope to implement it once the trial period ends because we are pleasantly satisfied. We are in period of test, since we looked for a reliable and modern tool we implemented it to obtain greater monitoring of our cultures of red grapefruit (Citrus × paradisi) and the results that we have obtained are very satisfactory we have more than 1200 Has of plantations and we the technicians of field, we have divided in quadrants all the data that we take are stored of immediate form in the cloud, allowing that the equipment that is in the office can evidence in real time all the parameters or collected samples, Since the system automatically generates reports, additionally allow sharing in real time images and audio clip of the inspections as we work with the geolocation there is no risk that another technician by mistake takes data from sectors already inspected by a colleague, this service takes crop automation to another level, we are eager to implement it once the trial period is over.
