Kixie is hands down the best dialer system available to mankind. The functionality is unsurpassable. I was able to get a team of 10 reps calling in less than 5 minutes having no knowledge of how to use their product. Ease of use is unreal!!! I couldn't be happier to have come across this platform! I recommend it to everyone!!! The ease of implementation is something that they should take pride in. Cusomter support is unbelievably reponsive and helpful. Love the opportunity to integrate with salesforce. I save so much time with my salesforce and Microsoft Teams integration in Kixie. It is so easy to setup as well as use. Text messaging is the way of the future, and on a B2B customer leel, we use it daily to keep in touch with our customers and prospecrive customers. When issues arise, the intercom chat is quick and helps us get our issues resolved in a timely manner. The mobile acceasibility is an even more exciting feature.
