The integration is seamless, and all calls and texts are logged with plenty of detail. Super helpful for keeping track of sales activity and monitoring acquisitions. Makes the whole process a lot smoother and organizational feedback was very positive post deployment. Essentially an easy plugin with HubSpot. Dashboard configuration made implementation very straightforward - no fuss. Kixie Powercall is always evolving to keep up with your company needs even as your company grows. EASY. With all the training I have had to do with new employees, Kixie is not one that takes much of my effort and time. If you need support even for the simplest question, their customer support is prepared. We use this for everything we do and it again the simplicity not only boosts our team’s productivity but also ensures in better customer experiences and increased conversions. I loved the ability to use the local dialer as it was very helpful to get ahold of people that needed. Its different than any other dialer ive come across were it will change up the number you dial from every time.
