KitSlate runs a production from the first enquiry to the paid invoice in one place. Build the gear list from your inventory and price the job from it. Send call sheets that each person confirms on their phone. Quote, invoice and take payment with the same lines. Crew send receipts by photographing them or forwarding the email; the receipt lands on the job and goes onto the invoice with one switch. Send rushes up to 1 TB and your client plays camera files in the browser, hears every track, comments at the exact frame and reads the transcript. Web only, nothing to install. Free plan with 5 GB transfers; paid plans on the pricing page.
