Kitobiz brings everything from a client’s first request to their payment into one place. Clients discover your services on your digital business card (a link or a QR code), then request a quote or book an appointment based on your availability. You prepare the quote, the client accepts or signs it online, and it can become an invoice. Invoices calculate GST and QST; clients pay through a secure link (with Stripe), and e-transfers, cheques and cash are recorded in a few clicks. Reminders for unpaid invoices are prepared for you and sent after you review them. A cash-flow forecast shows the money expected over the coming months. A voice assistant answers your questions (“Which invoices are overdue?”) and prepares some actions, always confirmed by you. Paid plans add a GST/QST report and read-only access for your accountant. Built in Montréal for freelancers, service providers (renovation, care, home services, consulting) and small teams. In French and English. Free forever to start, no credit card needed.
