KitaHQ is an AI-powered recruitment platform designed to streamline early-stage candidate screening. It automates tasks such as resume screening, AI video interviews, candidate assessments, report generation, and interview invitations and reminders, helping recruiters reduce repetitive screening work and focus on higher-value hiring decisions. One of KitaHQ’s core features is its two-way AI Video Interview. Candidates can complete interviews at their convenience without live scheduling, while the AI interviewer listens to their responses and asks relevant follow-up questions when more detail is needed. Interviews support 10+ languages, and recruiters receive structured reports with scores, summaries, transcripts, and recordings after completion. KitaHQ’s AI Interview Assessments evaluate candidates against predefined criteria such as communication skills, role fit, and role-specific competencies. Standardized assessment criteria help hiring teams evaluate candidates more consistently and provide clearer context for deciding who should move forward. KitaHQ is particularly suited for high-volume hiring, where teams need to screen large applicant pools efficiently. Customers have reported a 50% reduction in time-to-hire, 75% less screening time, and 2x recruiter productivity after using KitaHQ.
