Kit19 is evolving everyday to include more features and better functionality aiming to use Machine learning in a way that it starts to think like you while also considering the trends to suggest changes accordingly.

**What do you like best about Kit19.com?**

Used this CRM for just three months because I could not find anything good in this, so I de-registered myself from this. One of the most time-wasting and obtuse CRM that makes work even slow.

**What do you dislike about Kit19.com?**

Nearly all its modules are not interlinked, and there seem to be not integrated; it appears that this CRM has been launched hastily without adequately testing it. It has so many modules that the developers don't know how he wanted to actually develop this CRM as.

**What problems is Kit19.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I tried to use this CRM to manage my business leads but instead i ended up losing most of these enquiries as its API integration is nearly unsuccessful with most of the external applications.
