What stands out most about Kissflow for me is its ability to manage and automate different workflows according to a business process. For this reason, the design of the various workflows can be done easily, through the use of drag and drop, without requiring coding skills. Apparently, its integration with such tools as Google Workspace and Slack make the work with the data more comfortable and effective in case of our team. A downside to using Kissflow is that creating some of the more intricate workflows causes problems. The options provided often induce a high level of complexity which means that while initially using the software taking a long time is expected. This has at times lead to some confusion among the members of the respective teams.
