Our team’s project management has been great with Smartsheet. It makes it significantly easier to stay managed by bringing all of our tasks, updates, and communication into one place. The one thing which I didn’t like about Kissflow is that they could be more responsive in their customer support side. The platform itself is generally reliable but a long winded time is taken sometimes to get a professional assistance on a particular issue. That can be a little frustrating when you're on tight deadlines on a critical project and you need some help getting unblocked. A more responsive page would make for a better experience by far. We currently use Kissflow to provide a workflow approval process for Material Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Invoices, Paid TIme Off Requests, Contract Request, and much more. These approval processes were customized to our company using the online Kissflow Tools. The API system also allows us to connect to 3rd Party Services utilizing standard REST webhooks.
