With a clean UI and low-code tools, Kissflow makes it easy for business teams to design and manage workflows on their own, reducing day-to-day dependence on IT.

can feel limiting once processes become complex and highly customised, especially when have advanced integrations.

**What problems is Kissflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kissflow in a professional environment to design, deploy, and maintain internal business workflows and approval processes.
My usage includes building low-code workflows for operational processes such as purchase requests, internal approvals, task routing, and status tracking across different teams.
On a day-to-day basis, I work with workflow design and form configuration, role-based approvals and conditional logic and SLA tracking and process status monitoring

**What do you like best about Kissflow?**

Kissflow has been a solid tool for managing our workflows, especially in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process. It helps us streamline everything from purchase requisitions to approvals, PO generation, and vendor payments—all in one place. The ability to customize forms and automate approvals has really improved our turnaround time. It’s easy for users across departments to collaborate, and tracking the status of requests is super transparent. While it may not have all the depth of a full ERP system, for mid-sized operations, it covers the essentials really well and keeps things efficient.

**What do you dislike about Kissflow?**

it does have a few limitations. The reporting and analytics features could be more robust—custom reports aren’t always easy to configure. Sometimes, the platform feels too rigid for handling more complex or dynamic workflows, especially in the P2P cycle where integration with external systems (like ERPs or accounting software) is crucial. Also, user permissions and role settings can be a bit tricky to manage at scale. Lastly, the pricing can feel steep if you need advanced features or scale up usage across multiple teams.

Kissflow helps us solve the problem of manual, disjointed workflows by digitizing and automating our processes—especially in procurement. It centralizes purchase requests, approvals, vendor communication, and payment tracking, which reduces delays, minimizes human error, and improves overall transparency. Before Kissflow, tracking the status of a request or chasing approvals across emails was time-consuming. Now, everything is streamlined in one place, with clear accountability and real-time visibility. It’s also helped enforce compliance by ensuring proper documentation and approval chains are followed consistently.

**What do you like best about Kissflow?**

Kissflow is simply amazing!
It's the primary document platform in our organisation, for Organized Documenrt Management and Approval Workflow.

As the Business Systems Analyst,  I manage the workflow design and implementation,  and  it's really easy to use, and flexible to suit different workflpw process needs.

We use kissflow for all document approvals, eliminating paper shuffling across the entire organisation..

Highly recommended any day!

**What do you dislike about Kissflow?**

I wish it had a scripting engine  where I can further extend the app to very custom needs.

It has impressive nocode integrations built in, but with a scripting engine, I could take full control of how I want it to work.

**What problems is Kissflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eliminating use of paper documentation,  With Acces Control Built in.

Improving insights into workflow approval steps,  so all assigned stakeholders are carried along all the way

The process of reviewing and editing legal documents requires using other tools such as email, Slack, Word, etc. It does not allow reviewing on the platform.

The legal and commercial teams required a solution to centralize the life cycle of contracts from request to signature, and this platform allows them to keep control of each step and organize requests.

**What do you like best about Kissflow?**

It's allowing our organisation to be more agile by helping citizen developer users digitalize processes faster!
Thanks to the community we're always up to date with the latest features and we can ask for help easily. 
We've been using it for over a year now and the implementation in the company has been smooth enough thanks to the APIs.

**What do you dislike about Kissflow?**

Some permissions are not consistent within the platform. You can notice some items have been developed by different teams.
There should be more privacy-focused features. By default data within processes are shared with everyone, I need to manually mark the process as private.

**What problems is Kissflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a BPM that could allow non-developers to digitalise processes.
Now Kissflow is the BPM that was chosen for the whole company.

**What do you like best about Kissflow?**

I love the easy visuals - so many programs I've used in the past are clunky and difficult to navigate. Kissflow is easy on the eye. I love that I can be in control of changes and updates and that I don't have to rely on anyone else to make the changes for me. I love that as I learn the capabilities, my workflows have evolved into a type of office assistant. It has made training a breeze because the workflows guide the emoloyees with check boxes and preprogrammed explainations. Getting started is very easy and customer service is epic. Kissflow is now an intregal part of our daily office routine. It's marvelous!

**What do you dislike about Kissflow?**

I cannont think of any downsides - the customer service is excellent, the product is excellent.

**What problems is Kissflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had a customer walk in and ask me if I had proof that I had mailed her water deed to the state Division of Water Rights as we are supposed to do this when we record a water deed. I said I didn't have proof, that we always just mailed them in and have never had a problem. The customer then explained to me that the Division said they never received her deed and as a result, she had lost her water rights. My heart sunk - I did not know there would be such serious concequeneces so I created a new Water Deed workflow that connects to my recording workflow in the Kissflow platform that tracks and sends these deeds elecotronically (with a "yes or no" answer) - and sends me an alert to verfy the receipt of the the deed. This new "fail safe" workflow has given me piece of mind  - never again will a water deed be lost! I am now helping other departments build workflows to help manage their daily processes. This is saving us all time and money!

**What do you like best about Kissflow?**

There are quite a few features that usually require customization, but in Kissflow they can be configured to accomadate business processes.

The support and response time from the Kissflow team has been excellent.

Integarting by sending data masters into Kissflow has been seamless and it utilizes API Endpoints that accepts JSON payloads that is very easy to implement.

**What do you dislike about Kissflow?**

The integartion from Kissflow to any system outside, requires to reach out to the Support in order to make modifications as that is not something that is exposed to the Kissflow Adminsitrator.

**What problems is Kissflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kissflow is going to essentially help us consolidate to different systems that we are using currently and this will reduce the maintenance and overhead costs.

**What do you like best about Kissflow?**

Kissflow's drag and drop features has helped us immensely in streamlining workflows. Since it is low code, it is also very citizen-developer friendly. It also supports Javascript, that has allowed us to make some customizations. Seamless integration with other platforms is also a very big plus point for our organization. Customer support is another very valuable addition from Kissflow. CSR's are almost always available to help us.

**What do you dislike about Kissflow?**

Although Kissflow does support customization, it often feels very limited. For example, in one of our use-cases, we wanted to use sequence numbers/request number in a table but Kissflow was not able to accomodate that. Reporting features can also be enhanced.

**What problems is Kissflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kissflow has made our work so much easier by automating tedious tasks and keeping our processes organized. We no longer waste time chasing approvals or fixing errors in manual workflows. It’s helped our team collaborate better and focus on what really matters, instead of getting stuck in routine tasks.

**What do you like best about Kissflow?**

Kissflow is very easy to create an automated business process, that are business ready.
Unlike some of competitor products which require significant administration support, both to setup and maintain, Kissflow administration is straight forward to setup and and maintain.
Also like the processes and datasets are all contained in the one environment, rather than relying on a separate third party application for data storage and retrieval.

**What do you dislike about Kissflow?**

Whilst the support team and blog style knowledge base can be helpful, a more formalised support function and knowledge base would be helpful.
Also more clarity on where data is stored, to address data integrity concerns from the business.

**What problems is Kissflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The business has a number of processes which are complex and involve a number of parties boith internal and external.
Many of these processes are very manual which results in inefficiencies both in time and missed information.
With Kissflow these processes can be 1; automated 2; managed and 3; the resulting information retained.
This has seen improvements in turnaround time and process improvement.

**What do you like best about Kissflow?**

Our team’s project management has been great with Smartsheet. It makes it significantly easier to stay managed by bringing all of our tasks, updates, and communication into one place. Automation takes care of reminders and approvals for us as deadlines not having to be our concern anymore. We also have increased our efficiency and been able to focus less time on important work, increasing our productivity and consequently reducing time used to handle administrative tasks.

**What do you dislike about Kissflow?**

The one thing which I didn’t like about Kissflow is that they could be more responsive in their customer support side. The platform itself is generally reliable but a long winded time is taken sometimes to get a professional assistance on a particular issue. That can be a little frustrating when you're on tight deadlines on a critical project and you need some help getting unblocked. A more responsive page would make for a better experience by far.

Kissflow has really helped low the administrative burden in our workplace. We’ve been freeing up time for more strategic work by automating repetitive tasks, like approvals and notifications. We have found this to have greatly improved our productivity and have allowed us to focus on more important items in our projects. After automation is put in place, our teams will be spending less time doing paperwork and more time doing’ value added’ tasks.

The best thing about KissFlow is that it allows us to automate all of the forms and documents. My employees are able to track the progress and it ensures accountability and ease of use. It was very easy to integrate and implement.

Nothing really. KissFlow is an amazing product that can be tailored to your needs.

Before KissFlow, we had issues with paperwork being lost and information not being filled in, resulting in having the original sender to redo it. Now with KissFlow, it ensures that all of the information is being filled out and is submitted to the appropriate person for review. The employees are happy with the outcome.

Would like further report features and metrics, test environment or sandbox, stand alone mobile functionality, enhanced images handling in the forms. Public Forms or Marketplace for non licensed users.

It is very easy to make a workflow process using Kissflow and the user experience is beyond exceptional; keeping the UI simple and easy to navigate. The customer support is quick to respond to my concerns and provides a helpful solution.

Creating a document template is restricting at some level. It would be amazing if we can fit the data in a one-pager document

Kissflows automation features make it easy to use for a teams approval process. It is organized and runs smooth. It is easy to customize to your businesses needs for documentation flow. We hae been using the program for many years and will continue to use it for many more years to come.

I wouold love if we were able to collaborate in spreadsheets in real time. THe pricing is a bit high.

We currently use Kissflow to provide a workflow approval process for Material Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Invoices, Paid TIme Off Requests, Contract Request, and much more.  These approval processes were customized to our company using the online Kissflow Tools.  The API system also allows us to connect to 3rd Party Services utilizing standard REST webhooks.  Overall Kisslfow fits our organizational needs.

Kissflow's technical support is effective; however, can be very slow to respond at times.

Kissflow provides a central source of Workflow Approval with tracking methods for us.

Its intuitive interface allows users without technical knowledge to easily create and manage workflows. The most useful feature is its ability to integrate end-to-end processes, from forms to automation and analysis. Among its main advantages are flexible customization, real-time collaboration, scalability for businesses of all sizes, and improved operational efficiency by eliminating manual tasks. For developers and technical staff, it allows for a very quick understanding and implementation of processes.

Disadvantage that it does not have OCR reading, the least useful is its limited ability to customize more complex reports without external integrations.

What I like best about Kissflow is its interface and features which are very easy and friendly to the users. comprehensive guides, customer support, and assistance to auto-save capabilities to the data. the real-time analytics and reporting feature on the Kissflow platform is essential for monitoring the performance and ease of the implementation process. it has eased integration into other systems like Google Workplace which is helpful to the Admins.

**What do you dislike about Kissflow?**

As a user, what I do dislike about Kissflow is the delays in customer responsiveness to resolving the technical issues they are facing.  Moreover, the pricing structure can be a bit more complex for organizations with limited resources specifically limited to finances that may be the barriers to customization options according to the company's needs.

**What problems is Kissflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kissflow is solving the essential problems which avail in improving collaboration, and communication between users and admins. additionally, kiss flow enhances the performance visibility of the workflow, speeds up the answering the support requests, and reduces the administrative implications and repetitive or routine tasks as well as cost reductions. Furthermore, Kissflow is solving the integration process to other systems like Google Workspace and the current CRM of the companies.

As an Admin for Kissflow and Google Workspace, for me it is really a user-friendly workflow automation platform which helps streamline our processes without needing coding skills. It has customizable forms, pre-built templates, and integration with tools like Google Workspace.

Limited mobile app functionality, doesn’t offer the full range of features available on the desktop version.

I think Kissflow's functions are easy for learning (esp. Non technical user). I suddenly use it in the first time without tutorial from my college.

It's difficult to export data due to many child table in the flow. There are many steps to reveal some column.

I think it makes us easier for analysis process improvement. We can monitor workload of each users in our department and find out what the root causes of our problems.

**What do you like best about Kissflow?**

What stands out most about Kissflow for me is its ability to manage and automate different workflows according to a business process. For this reason, the design of the various workflows can be done easily, through the use of drag and drop, without requiring coding skills. Apparently, its integration with such tools as Google Workspace and Slack make the work with the data more comfortable and effective in case of our team. This integration and flexibility have hence been responded to with a marked enhancement of efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Kissflow?**

A downside to using Kissflow is that creating some of the more intricate workflows causes problems. The options provided often induce a high level of complexity which means that while initially using the software taking a long time is expected. This has at times lead to some confusion among the members of the respective teams. However, the reporting tools are adequate in real life though the tools are not endowed with the ability to generate sophisticated analysis.

So far, I have found that the most useful aspect of Kissflow is that it is able to manage and facilitate a variety of business processes. This simplicity has enabled the team to create and edit workflows even if they do not have computer programming skills via drag and drop interface. One of the main advantages is integration with CRM and HR systems, which provided such successful outcomes as an increased efficiency of sales management and onboarding processes.

**What do you dislike about Kissflow?**

A major disadvantage of Kissflow is that it may sometimes be slow when dealing with large amounts of data or large and complicated tasks. We have also suffered a number of crises such as system failures, power outages and other technical glitches that have interfered with our business processes. Sometimes these have proved to be areas of contention and have led to our work being halted as we sort out the issues, thus affecting our efficiency.

Kissflow helps in managing and automating different business processes and the approval process and document control is worth mentioning here. A combination of these processes to one platform has eliminated the use of other tools as well as coordination which results in reduced incidence of errors as well as time. With the help of such routine tasks as copying the letters we were able to increase productivity and success in meeting the given deadlines, which has a positive effect on the efficiency and quality of our work.
