**What do you like best about KiSoft?**

KiSoft WMS appears to have been useful in tracking and ordering inventory in my warehouse. The multi-warehouse functionality lets me manage multiple stock locations and the real-time data gives me current information about the products.

**What do you dislike about KiSoft?**

I believe that there may be some concerns about being too general. It is not flexible enough to see how well the specific picking or packing performance was done by the individual staff members.

**What problems is KiSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before KiSoft, we were struggling a lot to manage our warehouse operations properly. KiSoft has ensured that most of our problems in receiving, putaway, and picking are solved by automating them. This has put into action improved accuracy, quicker order completion, enhanced staff satisfaction.
