What do you like best?
I like that when we have visitors to our office, it's super easy to give them access to our building! Before we had Kisi, someone had to be in the office and hand them a physical key card and then make sure to get that back before they left town. With Kisi, we feel more secure! What do you dislike?
When the WiFi goes out, people have a hard time getting in and out of our building! We also had some issues between the building technology and Kisi technology. For a while Kisi wasn't working and we had a challenging time figuring out the issue. (because it's an older building).
