Its AI answers customers around the clock on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and website chat, only from the knowledge the business adds itself, and hands the conversation to the team when a person is needed. Businesses sign up on their own and can try their own AI within a minute, with no demo or sales call. The AI answers only from your own sources (website, PDFs, Google Docs and Sheets, FAQs) and says it doesn't know, offering your team, instead of inventing an answer. One inbox for WhatsApp (official API), Instagram DMs, Messenger and web chat, and you can keep the WhatsApp Business app on the same number. Customers book in chat, synced to Google Calendar.
