Not intuitive and hard to search **Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Boen Q. | Onboarding Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2022 **What do you like best about Kipwise?** I do like that you can make an article about anything and you are able to import screenshots and documents to make it easier for people to follow. I also like that anyone can create an article. **What do you dislike about Kipwise?** It's really not intuitive and very hard to search. Even when you know keywords and stuff you still have to search through lots of results to potentially find the one you are looking for. **What problems is Kipwise solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it to have company-wide instructions on how to complete tasks.
