We've been with Kintsugi for several months now. The best thing when we first started was that they were able to onboard us with almost all 50 states we hit nexus with simultaneously with ease and frankly everything has been smooth sailing from there. They are connected to our Shopify, and we just approve the filings each month/quarter. Simple as that. Literally Sales tax filings are just one thing we don't need to worry about anymore. Got ghosted." 0/5 What do you like best about Kintsugi? Able to create a free account and try their platform to see what things will look like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Kintsugi? Lack of customer service. Data wasn't showing properly (states being marked as exposed when we have no taxable products in the state) and I wasn't going to commit to a contract with them until they can solve the issue. They claimed to be working on it but never gave me an update after 1+ month and ignored my follow up email. Their ads keep showing up in my social media and kept reminding me about being ghosted.
