Data wasn't showing properly (states being marked as exposed when we have no taxable products in the state) and I wasn't going to commit to a contract with them until they can solve the issue. They claimed to be working on it but never gave me an update after 1+ month and ignored my follow up email. Their ads keep showing up in my social media and kept reminding me about being ghosted. That prompted this review. **What problems is Kintsugi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Was hoping they could be a cheaper alternative to a sales tax tool while still maintaining the same level of customer service, but that wasn't the case. **Official Response from Carolyn Hoffner:** > We're genuinely sorry to hear about your experience.
