We’ve been overall delighted with our experience using Kintsugi. Compared to our previous manual approach and other third-party accountants, this has been a significant upgrade. The platform’s dashboards make it easy to get a real-time glance at our sales tax nexus, which has been incredibly helpful for peace of mind and compliance tracking.

the main show stopper for us is that their Colorado tax rates are calculated by zip code and not roof top which is a show stopper for us as CO is our home state and puts us at compliance risk. We've been with Kintsugi for several months now. The best thing when we first started was that they were able to onboard us with almost all 50 states we hit nexus with simultaneously with ease and frankly everything has been smooth sailing from there. They are connected to our Shopify, and we just approve the filings each month/quarter. Simple as that. Literally Sales tax filings are just one thing we don't need to worry about anymore.
