Our Customer Support Rep. had several Zoom trainings with our staff, imported all our records, saving integration time, and making it easy to start recording sessions. They respond to email questions with thorough answers and sometimes video content so we can learn how to modify reports. There are several features needed to track various grants, and we have it all in one CRM. The quarterly reports templates make it easy to use during reporting quarters and year end. Kintone is versatile for non-profits and you can build apps that help keep track of many different services. You can customize the apps as you want. It is fairly easy to use once you get the hang of it. I've learned how to create apps from scratch by watching their videos and can now create apps, graphs and run the administration part of it, without having any IT background. It is not always user friendly for people who are not tech oriented, which most everyone in my office is not. It also does not allow searching of names by just a few letters but has to have the name exactly as it is entered into the system in order to find them. Figuring out the reporting and how to run reports to get the exact information you are looking for can be challenging too. But once you figure it out, it is pretty limitless on what you can do.
