We needed to move our forecasting and pricing system out of excel into a database format. I love that we have all the functionality of excel with all the permissions and flexibility of a database. We were able to implement a fully functioning system in a fraction of the time and still have all the flexibility that we loved from excel. The migration went very well, and setup was a breeze. I have told several industry friends that they should look into Kintone. We use it everyday with our entire team and we integrate it into our domo system for reporting. I like that it is a Zapier friendly and a user friendly database that I can tailor to the specific needs of an individual organization I serve. The fact that you can administer users for different access levels is great for working with groups and agencies outside of your organization. It is a great collaboration tool!

Kintone is incredibly flexible and useful. As a small / nonprofit business consultant, I always recommend Kintone for accomplishing specific tasks for the organization. Kintone allows me to create effective and efficient means of collecting and reporting data based on what the organization needs and not what some other software provider would say that they need.

Kintone does have chart features, but I wish they were more forward facing. As it is, I typically export the .csv data and then create my own chart. My company uses Kintone to store our vendor and individual site information. What I like is how easy it is to modify and use. It also syncs data with our ticketing software relatively painlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main upside to Kintone is also the main downside, I.E. It's cloud based. I wish there were a desktop version that still connected to the cloud database, but didn't require a browser. What I find myself doing, is using a separate, dedicated web browser to access Kintone, and a different browser for our ticketing system.
