We are an education-focused nonprofit, and Kintone has ready-made apps for tasks such as grant-tracking, class attendance, volunteer tracking. Tim Edgefield has been an invaluable resource with his knowledge of nonprofits.
The support to set up our database has been excellent, as compared to Quickbase, that basically gave us the software and said "Good luck!"
SO much more user-friendly and intuitive than Quickbase - I have spent hours trying to find something as simple as adding a user, and still can't get a field to list people alphabetically by last name, which worked just fine until they updated the software.
Again, we're still in the implementation stage, but I can tell you that Kintone will be a great help in consolidating our multiple spreadsheets that we maintain in addition to Quickbase because it takes too much time to create. This will allow us to have everything in one place, including grant tracking and attendance.
