What do you like best about Kinsta?

It's so nice to have the customer support of Kinsta. When we have issues, their support is genuinely helpful. In addition to that, they are also forward-thinking. With the rise of AI bots, they added a bot protection layer. This type of continual improvement allows me to rest confidently knowing that they are keeping up with the technology as it changes. Excellent customer service. Their back-end (MyKinsta) is also excellent, good UX and UI. Good overview of analytics with an option to go even deeper. Easy to add/remove add-ons (like more space, more robust performance, for a reasonable price). Staging is a click away — also going to the wordpress backend. What do you like best about Kinsta?

We were looking to move away from AWS about 7 years ago and wanted a WordPress specific hosting partner. We originally chose Kinsta because we really liked the managed service they provide and the fact that our sites were hosted green using renewable energy. What do you like best about Kinsta?

Support staff is always helpful and responsive. Better than many other competitors. More specifically in the last month, we had slow downs on the web server, and the support staff at Kinsta was able to quickly determine the developer's code causing the bottlenecks on the PHP workers within the Kinsta server environment. What do you dislike about Kinsta?

The performance by Kinsta is second to none in terms of server management, but the premium price reflects the level of service. They integrate very well with Cloudflare. We hope soon they can integrate AI to determine optimization of our server to lessen the administrative impact of trying to find everything in their UI/UX across many services for many web sites. I really like Kinsta because the support is top-notch, every person who has assisted us is an expert who always has the right answer and solution in the best time in the market. Additionally, the admin panel in MyKinsta is by far the best tool a hosting service can offer and it is very easy to use.
