We stumbled on Kingmailer and got great support setting op our account from Navin. The service works way better that sendgrid. Where we had issues with sending mails to hotmail and sometimes sending was blocked, we have had no problem with Kingmailer. **What do you dislike about Kingmailer?** Reporting could be a bit better, but when we have an issue we just ask support and they help us. **Recommendations to others considering Kingmailer:** Just do it! **What problems is Kingmailer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Transactional emails. Because we do many ecommerce websites now, this is a must have service! ### 3. Once it's set up, I can just forget it and be sure that it'll work. **What do you dislike about Kingmailer?** We haven't been able to attach files to mails sent with Kingmailer. **Recommendations to others considering Kingmailer:** If you're frustrated with Sendgrid, this is the one you want. **What problems is Kingmailer solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using Kingmailer for our e-commerce clients where email delivery is absolutely critical and have not once have complaints about missing emails. ### 4.
