For us, collaborating with the Kinderpedia team began during the COVID-19 pandemic. For a period, we suspended their contract with our institution but, after a year of using another educational platform and evaluating various aspects, we returned to collaborating with Kinderpedia.

Through the Kinderpedia platform, we have been able to more efficiently manage the administrative aspects of our institution, and we have also had the opportunity to significantly improve interaction with the parents of our students.

We have been impressed by the constant availability of Kinderpedia employees to promptly and efficiently respond to any request or suggestion, their professional, solution-oriented approach. All of these factors have made the collaboration experience with the Kinderpedia team extremely pleasant and constructive.

There is no dowside. Since we are using in our organisation Kinderpedia, things got more structured, clear, easy.

There are still a few features that our nursery is not using to the full potential. I wish they did more in student tracking.

I am always up to date with the events and the school activity. From daily schedule to messaging, document, even invoices and mobile payments, everything is accessible and transparent in one single place.

I haven't found anything about Kinderpedia that I don't like, so far. I appreciate, however, that the support team is extremely open to suggestiona and they always ask for our oppinion regarding potential improvements.
