Kindernest is nursery management software combining attendance tracking, invoicing, daily reporting, and parent communication in one platform. It provides role-specific interfaces for directors, teachers, and parents, with shared live data tailored to each user. The software features student profiles with allergy details, family connections, and attendance history. Attendance is tracked via a tap-based system that notifies parents at drop-off and pickup. Invoicing includes recurring billing, reminders, and multi-currency transactions. Parent communication tools offer messaging, photo sharing, and daily reports with automatic translation in English, French, and Arabic. Additional features include meal planning with allergen alerts, incident reporting with e-signatures, and event calendars. Directors access analytics on enrollment, revenue, and attendance, while teachers log attendance, meals, and incidents via mobile. The platform is GDPR-compliant and supports data import.
