During onboarding, the Kinde team offered an amazing amount of support. I didn't feel like I was just another ticket in the queue. They offered genuine/non-generic advice and code examples on how best to implement Kinde with my app. They followed up with me to make sure I was happily up and running. I found a couple of minor bugs in their PHP SDK, but after reporting them, their engineers jumped on fixing them and made sure to let me know when the fix was made available.
