Kindclerk is an AI customer-service and sales clerk for small stores and service businesses. It answers every customer message in seconds, day and night, and does the work behind the answer. Answers on the channels your customers use: WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, Messenger and more, in one shared Inbox for you and your team. We're actively adding new channels. It replies in whatever language the customer writes in. Works inside your tools: it checks stock and looks up orders in Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix or Square. It books appointments in Google Calendar, iCloud, Calendly or Cal.com. It saves leads to HubSpot, Pipedrive or Odoo, and sends payment links through Stripe, PayPal or Razorpay. It can also alert your team in Slack and keep records in Google Sheets or Notion. Order prices come from your own price list: order totals and payment links are worked out from your prices or your store, never made up by the AI. Knows when to call you: refunds, upset customers and anything it isn't sure about go to you with a short summary.
