KindHOA is premium, professional-grade HOA management software for self-managed communities and volunteer boards—not a stripped-down budget tool and not rental software handed down to neighbors. Boards get a modern, intuitive experience with native iOS and Android apps, online dues, documents, maintenance, ARC, violations, resident messaging, and formal elections in one polished platform. Good Neighbor is $0/month forever with no per-unit software fee and no home-count cap; Board Automation is $29/month flat for automation and AI. Optional Board Presence adds a real community domain and board@ email so your association looks official. Founded in Colorado Springs, Colorado; official site kindhoa.com.
