Unfortunately during a month of services, they were only able to complete one logo, 6 icons, one ebook cover with 6 chapter title pages, and a simple zoom background. All projects required at least 5 revisions with 2 projects never reaching completion. After 8 revisions I had to give up on the project for my own brand because the illustration team could never grasp the concept even though I gave multiple examples of what I was looking for and recorded multiple loom videos walking them through what I wanted. Typically when a client escalates their concerns about their design team our first step is to do an internal review and to identify where the assigned team can improve. And if they're not able to adapt to the needs of their client, and the client is still concerned with their outputs, we aim to resolve the mismatch by assigning a new team. Unfortunately in this case that process took longer than was practical for your timelines and needs. We wish we could have been a better fit as a design solution for you, but while that wasn't the case we do want to thank you for giving Kimp a try, for the opportunity to work with you, and the detailed feedback! They always respond pretty much straight away. Amazing value for money. Decent turnaround times and anytime I've needed something urgent they have done it quicker for me. I worked with Tracy made time to work with me and help me understand the platform, and I even received a call from their corporate office to make sure I fully understood the process.
