It is already being used by some of the prime companies in the market. The best part is the option to filter keywords even from the conversations. **What do you dislike about Kimola?** I haven't explored it so much to be able to dislike anything yet. May be in future, I may have some suggestions around improvisation. **What problems is Kimola solving and how is that benefiting you?** I evaluated it only to analyze it as a potential analytics tool for one of our clients.
