The open-source nature of their product and speed of innovation. Also, the BYOK feature is a massive cost-saver for us. It allows us to swap in our own subscriptions and experiment with different open-weight models depending on the project (whilst given us more control over where and to whom data flows), which keeps our inference costs low.
