Kilevo is mileage tracking software that automates trip expense management and kilometer allowance calculations. It integrates with Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, and ICS systems to convert appointments into tracked trips. An AI assistant processes spoken or written journey descriptions for users without calendar integration, handling multi-stop routes, recurring trips, and vehicle assignments. The software calculates distances with meter-level precision and applies tax-compliant mileage rates for France, the Netherlands, and the U.S. It supports unlimited vehicle configurations, including thermal, electric, and hybrid options, with editable trip details. Kilevo generates tax-compliant PDF reports with dates, locations, purposes, distances, and allowances, allows receipt attachments, and tracks reimbursements. Multi-user accounts enable teams to maintain separate trip logs under one subscription.
