**What do you like best about Kickscale?**

Easy operation and great overview of what went well and what went less well in the sales call. This way, you can adjust your behavior and improve your sales calls. At the same time, I like that there is a video recording of the call alongside the transcript and the summary, and that you can "chat" with your call, so to speak, and ask questions about the call. What I also find particularly good, especially when operating in Germany or the EU, is the automatic request for consent to recording. Kickscale also integrates directly into my CRM and automatically joins my calls, making daily use super easy.

**What do you dislike about Kickscale?**

The UI could be a bit more modern. Nevertheless, it is tidy and clear.

**What problems is Kickscale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's really hard to remember everything in a sales call or to take notes and actively listen at the same time. Kickscale provides a solution and analyzes the call. The insights from a call are particularly important to me, for example, the key insights from the call and the customer's pain points and which questions I could ask. Additionally, I often analyze the number of my questions and my speaking share and see what impact that had on the deal closing probability.

The recorded conversations on site are not yet working perfectly and there are occasionally small errors.

**What do you like best about Kickscale?**

I've been using Kickscale for over six months now, and it has significantly improved my job as a Key Account Sales Manager. **What do you like best about Kickscale?**

I've been using Kickscale daily since its easy implementation, and I honestly can't imagine working without it now.  It's completely transformed my customer calls.  Instead of scribbling notes and worrying about missing details, I can focus fully on the conversation because Kickscale handles the recording, transcription, and summarization automatically.

What's been particularly helpful is its ability to pinpoint key discussion points like budget talks, objections, and action items. The automated follow-up email drafts are a huge time-saver too – I'd estimate they've cut my post-meeting admin time by about half, giving me more time to actually focus on customers.  The integration with Microsoft Teams and Google Meet has proven seamless.

**What do you dislike about Kickscale?**

One minor drawback is that the AI-generated follow-ups can sometimes feel a bit generic and long. They're a great starting point, but I usually need to tweak them to sound more personal and less robotic.

**What problems is Kickscale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kickscale has been a real game-changer for my customer calls.  I used to spend so much time scribbling notes and dreading post-meeting admin. Now, it handles all that automatically, recording, transcribing, and summarizing everything.  I can actually focus on the conversation, which is huge.  It even highlights key moments and drafts follow-up emails, saving me tons of time.  Honestly, I can't imagine doing sales without it now.  While the AI-generated emails sometimes need a personal touch, the overall efficiency boost and improved focus are invaluable.

No downsides as it really does save a lot of time and it is a very useful tool

It creates a very good summary of every meeting in the form of a follow-up email which is pretty much ready to send to the customer straight away. This benefits me by saving a lot of time and eliminating the possibility of forgetting certain points that were mentioned in the meeting leading to more customer satisfaction as the customer will see that I am taking on everything he or she said during the meeting.
It also allows me to fully concentrate on the conversation with the customer during the meeting because I don't have to take notes at the same time. I can rely on the notes being taken for me which means I am more relaxed during the meeting and can focus on my client.

**What do you like best about Kickscale?**

I could not imagine working without Kickscale ever again. The implementation was easy and since then, I use it on a daily basis. It takes the hassle out of my calls by automatically recording, transcribing, and summarizing meetings. I can fully focus on the conversation rather than taking notes and worrying about forgetting any key discussion points or even small elements because Kickscale does it all for me.

What really makes it stand out in my opinion is its ability to:
- highlight crucial moments in conversations: budget talks, objections, and action points.
- drafts follow-up emails, which is a huge time-saver. I feel I spend 50% less time on post-meeting admin, which means more time to focus on the success of my customer.
- understand different accents and all brands name
- integrate seamlessly with Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet (I have not tried Zoom yet, but I imagine it works perfectly as well!) 

Additional plus point: their customer support team is so efficient and kind. The person I was in contact with truly took time to understand and help me use the tool even more efficiently.

TL;DR: If you are working in B2B customer facing team and looking for a way to work smarter, not harder, Kickscale is truly a game-changer.

**What do you dislike about Kickscale?**

Some users might find the AI-generated follow-ups a bit generic at times. While they save time, they may still require a personal touch to truly resonate with clients and not sound too robotic.

**What problems is Kickscale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was spending way too much time on post-meeting admin tasks (documentation in CRM + follow-up emails) and it remained challenging and draining to summarize the 2hours calls in few key points. I am more efficient with Kickscale and focus on tasks which truly matter!

**What do you like best about Kickscale?**

I have been using the tool for the last 4 months, we intagrated in our demos and the reports we get after the demos are very well done. Demos are done on Google meet and Kickscale is perfectly integrated, it also works with other software (like Teams). Very good demo resumes with just a few of small mistakes in catching different languages (I mostly do demos in Italian) but the tool really delivers what we expected.

They also offer an overview of the call based on time you spend talking, time you need to reply, time given to your prospect plus he also offers suggestions on which questions to use and in which moment of the demo.

At the end of the demo a recap email is ready to be sent, you can have a formal and a not formal version.

**What do you dislike about Kickscale?**

I would improve the section related to review of the demos.
Nothing bad but every prospect and every vertical (business areas) where we operate is different so generalizations can be misleading

I mostly use to read and analyze resumes of my demos

**What do you like best about Kickscale?**

Kickscale helps me every day to manage my deals and understand my customers better. The fully-fledged meeting evaluation, which is now also supported by AI, gives me a complete overview of the outcome of a meeting. Error-free transcription, ease of use, high customizability and smooth integration with other tools such as Hubspot are the biggest plus points. Customer support always responds quickly and competently. Kickscale became my little helper I use day by day!  I can recommend the tool without reservation.

Kickscale is incredibly easy to use and intuitive, making it accessible for everyone, regardless of their technical expertise. I find the integrated AI tools particularly helpful, as they structure my work and provide valuable insights through smart analyses and evaluations.

Kickscale is a reliable and smart companion for everyday professional life. If you're looking for efficiency and intuitive operation, this is the right place!

Depending on the type of appointment, certain statistics, such as the word share, could be better contextualized. In some cases, these evaluations lead to "red" statistics, which do not always reflect the actual relevance of the appointment. A customizable weighting depending on the type of appointment would be helpful.

**What problems is Kickscale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kickscale takes away the need for manual note-taking by automatically transcribing meetings and making them searchable. This way, I can quickly find important content and save valuable time. Thanks to AI-supported analyses, I keep an overview and can efficiently follow up on appointments – simple, fast, and structured.

I particularly like the elimination of administrative effort. No notes need to be taken, Kickscale records everything, and I can use the AI chat afterwards to identify conversation content. The software is very easy to use and I have an easy add-on integration. I use Kickscale several times a week and my documentation effort has significantly reduced.

- Helps capture insights and notes (which sometimes you may not even notice): especially I have to emphasize as it is indeed surprising the accuracy to be able to grasp concepts and technicalities which are highly technical and specialized. Cheers to the team for really making a tool feel like another person next to you capturing notes.
- Generates great follow-up emails which you can easily tweak and send in a few seconds
- AI bot joins automatically to the calls, so there is no extra effort to be done besides taking the meeting and receiving the analysis afterwards. Also really easy to implement.

**What do you dislike about Kickscale?**

As with any AI tool sometimes the insights might be irrelevant or may belong to small talk, so not fully useful. But in general there is nothing I disliked about Kickscale.

The content library, including videos, scripts, templates, and helpful resources are great. It's very practical know-how that I could already apply in various sales conversations. Especially the sales meeting training as well as the way how playbooks are presented is very interactive.  Furthermore, the possibility that companies can build their own playbooks is also very nice as sharing sales relevant information becomes a lot easier.

Actually not much. We started to use the software a couple of weeks ago and after some time using it feels good. At the very beginning, some things are not always super intuitive, but the Kickscale team is always here to help.

I love how easy Kickscale makes it to enable every team member to perform at their best.

In every organization, there are so many processes and different ways how to do the work. With Kickscale, everyone on the team knows how processes run and can learn from the best practices.

For example, at Creatext we use Kickscale to keep track of our learnings on how to write unignorable sales email campaigns. Every new team member goes through our playbook on Kickscale when they join. This way, we make sure, everyone gets up to speed quickly and knows about our best practices.

We enjoy the variety on playbooks on all sort of situations & topics that are highly relevant to any SaaS-Startup. Our employees' performance increased, even after just 2 months of usage. This is based on the fact that they know spend time to improve, but also we see that our employees value that we invest in them, which ends up in drastically increased motivation.

There's not much we dislike, but the software could be slightly more intuitive - since we're a startup ourselves we think it's quite normal that you don't start off with the perfect software. In the end it's the great content as well as a caring kickscale-team, that easily make up for this.

Probably already clear based on the prior answers. 

We wanted to grant our sales reps coaching and education, so they can work on their skills continuously, despite the lack of extensive sales experience within our organization. 

However, when we looked for possibilities in the market, we realized that great coaches usually cost a lot - which is logical, since great sales coaches could already make a lot of money by just selling themselves. 

With kickscale we found a solution that is reasonably priced and the content is produced by outstanding sales coaches with tens of years of experience in some of the best sales organizations out there.

The tool/app is a work in progress and going through constant changes, so there's a lot of opportunity to improve over time as they refine the product offering.

The other missing piece is a Playbook marketplace, having this function would take the app to another level of functionality.

Very useful information as well as help whenever I needed troubleshooting.  Videos were very clear and any time I had feedback it was dealt with in a very fast and clear manner.

The first time I went to use it, I was unable to due to a tiny technical error - however when I brought it up to the Kickscale guys, everything was efficiently handled well.

The interface issues I had were dealt with - and there is a small one now dealing with the progress bar wrongfully putting that I have completed something - it's not so bad just annoying if I leave the platform and come back and have to find where I left off.  Again, they are working on it!

The UX of the platform is still a bit junior and that is definitely something which needs improvement. However it definitely would not hinder me from buying it, as it is simply a few clicks more to get to my desired outcome.

Kick scale is a great central repository to manage product marketing campaigns from a product perspective.
It is great for alignment between cross function teams and functions well as project management tool for such use-cases.
The great thing is that it is an easy next step to empower your sales team from there, creating sales playbooks based on the product marketing campaign. And easily guiding sales teams in how to use product collateral.

The design could of the tool could use a facelift, but I'm sure this is an easy next step. Function over form so to say.

In the beginning the user interface was not 100% clear to me but after watching the onboarding video it was relatively easy to understand. Especially editing playbooks was not self explanatory to me when using the product for the first time.
