It has, by a country mile, the best user interface and experience of any app in its niche. Custom products are becoming more and more prominent in the e-commerce space as more and more people are creating their own online businesses, and kickflip have for the most part nailed that aspect of 'creating' and designing bespoke goods. The support team are efficient and helpful, the pricing plans are very fair and the tiers make sense unlike a lot of shopify apps. All in all one of the best apps we use for our online stores. Whilst the experience is very user friendly, it does take a short while to understand how it all works but thankfully their support team compensates for that. However, we would wish for a little more customability in the layout and style of the designer, even if it came at the cost of a more expensive subscription plan- whilst the current customiser is great, it lacks depth, which im sure is something that can be worked on.
