What do you like best about Kickflip?

Kickflip is so helpful because customers can preview what their logo or custom text would look like without us even having to lift a finger. It's powerful and saves us so much time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kickflip?

Nothing that I can really fault Kickflip for. There are some limitations to the technology, as well as it can be hard setting up the customizations across multiple product views, but that's understandable for a web-based app that has to cater to many possiblities. What problems is Kickflip solving and how is that benefiting you?

Kickflip is an app that we would have loved to have 5+ years ago. Design hundreds of custom products every week, and so many customers just want to see a product and end up not ordering. Now instead of having to spend precious work hours creating something that may not even get purchased, Kickflip allows customers to preview our products with their logo and make choices without us even having to lift a finger! What do you like best about Kickflip?

The user interface is very easy to use and also looks friendly. Customer service is efficient; when you are struggling on something, they help you out imediately. I also like how you can add your personalised image to your questionnaire sheet Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kickflip?

There's only one thing which I dislike about this app. When you type in your notes, you cannot make the text box bigger; if this gets resolved, this would be awesome! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kickflip?

We have had some issues with Kickflip support, with downtime and extended response waits. It hasn't happened every time, and they eventually try to make it right. But it has been notable. Additionally, it does not have SKU support, which does cause inventory challenges with our warehouse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We wanted to add a customized footwear product where users could design their shoes based on available color and style options. We apologize for the downtime you've experienced. We've been able to keep our systems up 99.9% of the time this year, but we know that any downtime is too much. We're constantly working to improve our systems and response times.

As for SKU support, we understand that this is an important feature for inventory management. We are currently building this functionality and hope to have it available soon! Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing Kickflip!

What do you like best about Kickflip?

Easy to use platform for creating custom products. Demo shops are also very nice and you can get good inspiration from there. Also there is a free 14 day demo wich is nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kickflip?

Kickflip is an intuitive product configurator. They have extensive documentation and tutorials and above and beyond customer service when you need help. They also offer a meet-and-greet demo with their staff to show you around the configurator and answer any questions you might have.
