Also, the price settings need improvement. In Australia, prices must be displayed, including GST, which should be clear to the customer i.e. $55.00 Including GST or $50 + GST and the GST total displayed. The price font is too small, and there is no call to action. While my site is still in development, the process of building my customizer has, so far, been straightforward and an overall pleasant experience. I can tell that the customer service team is dedicated to ensuring that setting up the customizer is smooth and easy for all their users. I loved that I could communicate directly with an employee on live chat since I had a lot of questions that weren't answered in the documentation. Cindy was responsive and thorough, especially when multiple bugs occurred as I built my customizer. I got familiar with the UI relatively quickly, and the fast support was absolutely invaluable. Although Kickflip is the only product of its kind that I have used, I am really pleased with how simple it is to get this software going on my WooCommerce site. **What do you dislike about Kickflip?** As mentioned, I encountered a few bugs when adding my products and editing my theme. While bugs are an expected part of software development, they did increase the time I needed to spend on this part of my site. Cindy provided an update on my ticket when I asked for one about a week into the issue, and sure enough everything was resolved a couple of days after that. As someone who loves having complete control over site design, I wish there were a few more options regarding changing the margins/padding of elements, typographic settings such as tracking, kerning, custom fonts, and font weight, and the displayer container size relative to the entire customizer. I was only able to change the height of the iframe using the custom CSS box in the Wordpress dashboard, and it would be a dream to be able to add custom code to style the customizer exactly how I want, but I know that it might not be possible. Still, there were more customization options in the Theme Editor than I would have expected at all. **What problems is Kickflip solving and how is that benefiting you?** Kickflip allows our customers to choose the shape and color of their products, plus they can upload their own files to place on them. The support team are efficient and helpful, the pricing plans are very fair and the tiers make sense unlike a lot of shopify apps. Clients and tradespeople like perspective so much that we often include it in full-scale drawings in order to give a good overview of the intent of the project. For large or small buildings, sometimes plans and elevations without a final image are not enough. We receive many inquiries about "what if" and "what would that look like". Although hand sketches and drawings can be quite time consuming, Kickflip allows me to quickly create 3D and 2D views of a detail or solution, change dimensions and materials instantly, and show the project to a client or installer in just minutes. **What do you dislike about Kickflip?** The search function is clunky and the amount of 2D garbage masquerading as 3D modeling is annoying. A lot of progress has been made, but for some major brands to commit to carrying their products would be great, especially if there was a simple way to distinguish between professionally modeled parts and by beginners just trying to imitate without the proper attachments, etc. **What problems is Kickflip solving and how is that benefiting you?** I learned that Kickflip is very useful for almost all types of modeling, including drawing. I do not advise it for photorealistic rendering, although I have yet to use more of the $100 attachments. I have yet to find a document that cannot be created in LayOut, however, complex text is difficult to edit (e.g., tables or tabs, among others). We are a small company that relies heavily on documentation from others (e.g., trades, engineers and architects) to complete quality projects for residential and commercial clients. As the sole producer, I use Kickflip to supplement documents or create entire sets, which have information that is clearly descriptive of the design intent. Although I am the only person using Trimble software, the resulting documentation and drawings are used daily by our surveyors, project managers and business partners on projects. We used to use an image upload app. But customers never had a clear view of what it would look like. Then we would have to send the customer a mock up and get them to approve it.
