"Simple, Reliable Email Verification That Keeps Campaigns Confident"
5/5
What do you like best about Kickbox?

What I like best about Kickbox is its simplicity and reliability. It provides clear, accurate email verification results that make it easy to clean mailing lists, protect sender reputation, and make confident decisions before launching email campaigns. The platform is intuitive, fast, and integrates seamlessly into our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kickbox?

Overall, we haven’t encountered any major issues. If there were one area for improvement, it would be having even more detailed insights or recommendations for borderline “risky” email addresses to make campaign decisions even easier. Other than that, the platform has been reliable and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bulk Verification Helps, but Risky/Unknown Results and Pricing Need Improvement"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Kickbox?

I really liked how Kickbox could verify multiple email addresses at once. It made the process fast, simple, and much more efficient than checking each address individually. The bulk verification feature saved me time, helped clean up my contact list, and gave me confidence that my emails would reach people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kickbox?

One possible dislike is that the results are not always completely clear. Some emails may be marked as “risky” or “unknown,” which still leaves you unsure whether they are safe to use. You could also mention that the pricing may become expensive when verifying a large number of emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Kickbox Makes Email List Hygiene Easy"
4/5
What do you like best about Kickbox?

Kickbox is a valuable and inexpensive tool that helps improve your overall email list hygiene with ease. It integrates well with Klaviyo, and the interface on the app is simple to use and navigate. When it's running, it's fairly quick and intelligent. The support chat is great too, they respond promptly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kickbox?

The list I had to cleanse had 250k contacts and a couple of times the upload failed and it didn't give me any sort of indication as to why it failed. I had to just keep trying to reupload it until it worked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid signup email validation for a B2B SaaS"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Kickbox?

The API is dead simple to integrate, we plugged it into our signup flow in a few hours to verify email addresses in real time. It catches typos, disposable addresses and undeliverable emails before they ever hit our database, which directly protects our sender reputation with our email provider. The verdict granularity (deliverable / risky / undeliverable, plus the Sendex score) lets us decide exactly how strict to be at signup vs. bulk cleaning. Documentation is clear and response times are fast enough for a synchronous check during registration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kickbox?

Pricing is credit-based per verification, which is fair but means costs scale directly with signup volum, so it's worth pairing it with upstream filtering (rate limiting, bot protection) to avoid paying credits on junk traffic. I'd also love more granular team/API key management on lower tiers, and the "risky" verdict sometimes requires building your own decision logic since it's neither a clear accept nor reject. "Effortless Email List Cleanup with Kickbox"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Kickbox?

I like that Kickbox is easy and affordable. It also helped clean up an old email list by removing about 15% of invalid email addresses. This not only saves us a little bit of money on our email marketing software, but more importantly, it gets rid of emails that never would have been delivered. The initial setup was very easy and took just a few minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kickbox?

The only thing I can think of is that the way you buy your credits, you have to buy more than you need. I ended up buying $25 worth of credits when, really, I needed about $21 worth. It'd be nice to just be able to buy what you need instead of having to buy a bucket. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear, Easy Workflow with Helpful Email Scoring"
4/5
What do you like best about Kickbox?

The interface is clear, the flow is easy and it seems to work! The output took me a second to figure out, but I like the email scoring so I know ahead of time an expected bounce rate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kickbox?

Ran into an issue with opt-in and my account was shut down. I thought that was a bit abrupt and it disrupted our process. If they had asked beforehand for the docs and verification info I would have provided it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy and reliable tool for email list cleaning"
5/5
What do you like best about Kickbox?

I mainly use Kickbox to clean and validate email databases by uploading lists directly to the platform. The interface is simple and intuitive, so the process requires little to no onboarding or support.

Performance is fast, and the results are clearly categorized, making it easy to identify invalid or risky emails. I have not used any integrations, but the manual upload process works well for my needs.

The pricing is competitive, and the tool provides good value by helping improve data quality, reduce bounce rates, and protect email deliverability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable list cleanup with zero fuss"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Kickbox?

The two-way integration with HubSpot was easy to set up and works really intuitively. Verifications run smoothly and quickly, so we're not left waiting around when cleaning up a list. I also appreciate that Kickbox gives you different options for how strict you want the email verification to be, so you can match the level of scrutiny to the use case (whether that's a tight cleanup of a sales list or a lighter check on a newsletter signup). On top of that, the pricing is transparent and predictable, with no hidden fees or surprises, which makes it easy to plan and justify internally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kickbox?

Honestly, nothing really comes to mind. It does exactly what it needs to do, and it does it well. The interface is intuitive and the tool stays focused on its core job of email verification, without piling on extra features that would only distract from the workflow. If anything, that minimalism is a strength rather than a downside. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Email Verification with Kickbox"
5/5
What do you like best about Kickbox?

I use Kickbox to verify our large email list on Klaviyo which helps us be a reputable sender. I like the convenience of email verification as it saves me from having to manually figure out how to suppress bad emails. The ability to see how many emails were deliverable and not in a pie chart is cool. The initial setup of Kickbox was easy, and that's a big plus for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kickbox?

I find that there could be more detailed integrations with Klaviyo, such as having info on if emails are subscribed to email marketing and how long they have been subscribed. Also, AI suggestions for sending email marketing campaigns to a large audience for the first time in a long time would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
