It's a tool that checks if email addresses are good or not. It really did its job - now more of our emails get delivered. It was also easy to connect it to the other programs we use for sending emails. The best part is that it didn't cost a lot to start using it, and they even let you try it out for free. Whenever I had a question, the people at Kickbox were super quick and friendly in helping me. Getting Kickbox set up with HubSpot was a breeze and definitely achieved my initial goal. Since them, my Product team has leveraged the Kickbox API in our product, stopping people from entering undeliverable email addresses during the product sign-up process. **What do you dislike about Kickbox?** Kickbox generates a fair number of false undeliverables...email addresses that work just fine for one-to-one communication but which reject mass mailings. Be careful the extent to which you implement the tool **What problems is Kickbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Kickbox allowed me to identify bad email addresses in lists generated by my IT department BEFORE I sent out a marketing email.
