They emails does not have to be in the first cell. It detects and find the emails. It is fast and has upfront price. I already know that will cost me to validate a list of emails. It separates the good emails from the bad ones and that makes it easy to download the correct file. **What do you dislike about Kickbox?** I haven't found anything that I don't like. Costs are upfront and easy to understand and manage. They are very helpful and the platform does a nice job breaking out your data sets. Customer Service is excellent and they respond very quickly to questions or issues. This is a good platform that meets the demands and is cost effective. **What do you dislike about Kickbox?** The one downside is they delete your data from your account over time so you need to dowload and manage what you have done. If you have a paid account it would be nice to maintain data and history in the account. **What problems is Kickbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows us to clean and look at cold emails and our database for demand generation out reach. ### 38. Uploading our list was simple (I didn’t integrate Kickbox with our email marketing platform), and tracking the analysis progress was straightforward—it took about an hour to process 123,500 emails. The real-time analysis and export options are very useful. Throughout the process, customer support and the sales team were quick to respond and reliable. **What do you dislike about Kickbox?** This was my first time analyzing a list of 123,500 emails (I haven’t tried it yet with another list), and the analysis results were quite surprising. I compared the same list using Kickbox and my email marketing platform (a major international solution), and the results were significantly different. Kickbox Analysis: - Deliverable: 89,222 - Risky: 2,238 - Undeliverable: 1,272 - Unknown: 30,708 My Email Marketing Platform Analysis: - Deliverable: 118,865 - Risky: 1,319 - Undeliverable: 1,231 -Unknown: 3,235 **What problems is Kickbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps reduce the risk of contacting older opt-in email lists that haven’t been reached out to in one or two years. ### 39. We had plenty of initial test credits to test with, and the process was completed very quickly. I didn't need any support and found the API documentation straightforward. Though I didn't use it, the setup and integration looked very easy. **What do you dislike about Kickbox?** While kickbox was great for initial validation of our email list, it wasn't sufficiently detailed in the results we got back. In particular, of the emails that were listed as 'valid', many of the emails we tested with were flagged as spam traps, reputation risks, and other risk categories by other tools I tested. Kickbox was extremely accurate on the validity of emails and domains, but wasn't as useful for getting more specific categorization for the valid set. **What problems is Kickbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Both validating emails before send, and attempting to determine the risk of sending emails that are valid, but are spam or fraud or otherwise risky. ### 44.
