It can save your emails and your sending reputation. Im sure that there will be someone else that has a dislike but I cant fault them. It allows us to prevent bounced emails from accumulating and remove inactive/spam accounts, thus boosting our sender reputation. **What do you dislike about Kickbox?** I wish it were just automated, as opposed to a manual process of having to log in, upload lists, and remove profiles. **What problems is Kickbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Kickbox removes spam, inactive and bounced emails profiles from our Klaviyo account. This is something we accumulate a lot of due to email list building marketing. kickbox removes these profiles and improves our sender reputation and open rates. ### 39. We have never had any issues with the verifications they have done for us and it helps us easily pair down our email lists and remove invalid or suspicious emails **What do you dislike about Kickbox?** Unfortunately, the verification credits do expire and go away if you don't use them in a specific timeframe. As an Email List Manager for other companies, when they give me their list to import, I find that the lists are generally bad because they never use them. Aweber rejected the import due to too many problems with the list. I found out about Kickbox and gave them a try. The service was fast and easy to use. Once I cleaned the lists through Kickbox, Aweber had no issues, and the imports went smoothly. In my office, it is now standard operating procedure to start with Kickbox before trying to import any leads. **What do you dislike about Kickbox?** I wish I could tell you a downside. The email verification is simple, fast and easy to use. The dashboard and user interface is great and intuitive. I specifically enjoy seeing the realtime reporting of email status' when verifying lists. It is quite satisfying. As for the Deliverability consultaion. The team I met with were very knowledgeable, proactive and got the job done. For Implementation and ease of integration, they have an API which is makes it easy to integrate into platforms. **What do you dislike about Kickbox?** The only downside I have encountered is when Verifying lists. We get handed back "Unknowns" which I have to extract, re-upload and process again until those emails get a result. e.g Deliverable, Risky or Undeliverable. It would be good if there was an automatic process in which if a list comes back with unknowns, they are automatically put into their own list and you have the option to run and the option to run the Unknowns until they have a result. All without leaving the website. **What problems is Kickbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Verifying our lists through their email verification ensure that we can contact our customers and ensure high delivery rates and deliverability. ### 48.
