I really liked how Kickbox could verify multiple email addresses at once. It made the process fast, simple, and much more efficient than checking each address individually. Some emails may be marked as “risky” or “unknown,” which still leaves you unsure whether they are safe to use. I thought I was prepared to send my email, but it turns out, we still had 12 hard bounces after I ran all of out emails through Kickbox. We only have 247 contacts, and I was only emailing 80, so 12 is HUGE. On the up side, it was cheaper than Never Bounce, and I think the visualization of the data I got back was better. We just needed to make sure we weren't going to have a high bounce rate right out of the gate. We were inputting some older data from the last 3 years into Salesforce, and I know people move around a lot, so we wanted to be sure we aren't emailing bad addresses. The UX is nearly perfect, and the solution is incredibly easy to implement. Uploading our list was simple (I didn’t integrate Kickbox with our email marketing platform), and tracking the analysis progress was straightforward—it took about an hour to process 123,500 emails. What do you dislike about Kickbox? This was my first time analyzing a list of 123,500 emails (I haven’t tried it yet with another list), and the analysis results were quite surprising. I compared the same list using Kickbox and my email marketing platform (a major international solution), and the results were significantly different. Kickbox's setup process was extremely easy and quick. We had plenty of initial test credits to test with, and the process was completed very quickly. What do you dislike about Kickbox? While kickbox was great for initial validation of our email list, it wasn't sufficiently detailed in the results we got back. In particular, of the emails that were listed as 'valid', many of the emails we tested with were flagged as spam traps, reputation risks, and other risk categories by other tools I tested.
