Why must I put 30 chars of what I like?? **What do you dislike about Kickbox?** Not blocking many bad emails like - ,chainds.com,rowplant.com,azuretechtalk.net,cyclelove.cc,polkaroad.net,craftapk.com **What problems is Kickbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its black list is not updating, its outdated ### 2. Use another service **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Christopher M. | President Of Sales, Medical Practice, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2019 **What do you like best about Kickbox?** It did its job, however, was not the most user-friendly. **What do you dislike about Kickbox?** Customer Service, I was kicked out of the system because one of my team members uploaded the wrong list from a competitor of theirs. Just ridiculous considering we used the service 2 years and had multiple credits left to use that were paid. When explained to their support, the only response was "Our compliance officer has made the decision" **Recommendations to others considering Kickbox:** There are many companies out there to choose, no need to go with one that has such poor customer service. We are completely locked out and can't even download any of the previous lists that we paid for. **What problems is Kickbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were using to verify emails from conferences, have to make sure they are verified even after the conference putting the show on sends them out. **Official Response from Brian Dayman:** > Hi Christopher, Sorry to hear you had a less-than-ideal experience using Kickbox. We take data privacy and compliance seriously here, and as such don't allow any purchased lists to pass through our system. Our system is for marketers who send at potentially high-volumes, and as such must adhere strictly to regulations and protect our network and our customers' sender reputations. ### 3. I liked nothing about this company. I would steer clear of them for the reasons below. **What do you dislike about Kickbox?** They allowed me to pay to verify emails and then blocked my account without explanation. I asked and they referred me to their Terms and Conditions, of which I did not violate any of them. I asked the question again and they refused to answer. Terrible company and customer service. The least you can do if you are a real business is give a proper response. **Recommendations to others considering Kickbox:** I would look for another verification tool.
