Khova is an AI operations platform for restaurants, QSR and retail chains. It turns HQ data into prioritised, shift-by-shift action plans for restaurant and store managers. Most restaurant operations software sends tasks down from HQ. Khova starts with the manager. Each shift, managers see what matters first: the priorities, the targets and the actions that move results in their location. An integrated AI assistant answers operational questions on the floor. A newsfeed and community chat keep HQ and stores aligned. Operations teams use Khova for frontline execution, restaurant and store operations management, shift planning and operational intelligence across all locations. It closes the loop between data, decisions, execution and results, so HQ sees which actions were taken and what they changed. Built for multi-site restaurant chains, QSR groups and retailers with 10 to 200 locations. Typical users are restaurant managers, store managers and area managers. Buyers are COOs, VPs of Operations and Operations Directors. Used by hospitality and retail brands, including Salsa Shop, Alice Pizza, The Wilde, Frites Atelier, Sojubar and more!
