Khoros (aka Lithium) used to be an awesome company. For over 20 years, it was a great product and an industry leader. I really liked the staff, the support services, and the product overall. THIS WAS BEFORE the ACQUISTION. Since the Acquisition they fired all the staff, converted all support and CSM's to AI managed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Khoros Communities? They were recently acquired by a company that buys software businesses and then destroys the product and customer relationships. However, our CSM and account team have been very responsive in connecting us with the internal stakeholders who can improve those experiences and they are taking our feedback seriously.
