What do you like best about Khatabook?

Khatabook is a great payment remainder. Features like debt calculator and incoming payments from customers can be easily maintained and managed. We can even share the payment link to customers so that they can pay in no time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Khatabook?

Nothing, the app is simple and easy to use. Very user friendly and completely free of cost. It is one of the most used app by Indians in india. I use the app very regularly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Khatabook?

Kahatabook makes me easy to track and maintain accounts. It is easy for me to integrate in my domain across various locations without any hassles. Proofing and cross reading is also easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1) it's very easy to use and user friendly.

2) we can set reminder for payment through whatsapp and sms

3) quick customer creation and book entry

Earlier there was a problem of entry miss out due to pc unavailability in our mini stores.

Lot of human errors were there in maintaining manual register.

But now we can quickly save transactions in khatabook for future reference. Which help us to keep track of money owed to them.

Even we can set collection date and send reminder to customer through whatsapp and sms.

- It's a Business Categorized Platform.

- It's multilingual platform with more than 10 different languages.

- It's very convenient for the small business owners.

- Friendly user interface.

- Payment Reminders can be send easily through SMS.

- Creditors payment reminders can also be maintained.

- Various PDF reports can be viewed and downloaded easily.

- Even though it's user friendly but the user interface is not as good as other platforms.
