Having come from a Competitors Website/Service (which will go unnamed) I have found that Keyword.com is decently priced and value driven for my money. The Technical Support is AMAZING! Keyword's Techs get back to you within less then half an hour. In some cases the guys/girls have gotten back to me within 10 - 15 minutes. Working with Keywords.com's U.I. is pretty easy. And the fact that there is an Onboarding feature to get you up and running quickly is amazing!

After all time is money and as a SMB in Canada I appreciate the shortened learning curve and getting back to what I do best.

All in all I'm happy to have found Keyword.com and anticipate that I will continue to use it moving forward.

Would like to see financially a smaller jump between the Packages. For example I am currently subscribed to 100 Keywords - Daily Updates - Monthly payments. The jump for me to go from my original Package to a 200 Keywords - Daily Updates - Monthly payments is an increase of almost 80-90% more.

This platform is to the point and accomplishes everything I need to at an affordable cost. I like that it's scalable based on my needs instead of making me pay for everything I'm not likely to use. Also, the customer service team was quick and reasonable, responded right away to my concerns, and resolved my concerns in minutes. The free trial of 10 words is good, however, it should reset once you upgrade, which I ran into right away. Other than that, the system is pretty clean. Note that 1 kw = 2 kw if doing desktop and mobile, that is also not explained in the trial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So many things! I have used multiple different ranking tools in the past and this is the best for my needs. Firstly, the price is great. Secondly, its not over complicated, it just does what it says. Thirdly, the SERPs screen captures really help you to visualise what's actually happening. Fourth, the support has been great. I could continue, but basically if you are tired of paying a ton of $ for ranking monitoring then use Keyword.com Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Only downside is that Bing SERPs aren't tracked. That'd be great. Also it will be interesting to see how things develop with AI results on the different search engines. But that's tomorrows problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate the ability to perform localized keyword tracking by cities, one cool feture is you can also choose an specific address to handle hte search from there.

With other tools I'm just able to select the city or country, but here you can go as deep as street level location, so any pin on the map and simulat the search from that point. This is usefull if you're a local business that is targetting a certain area.

When configuring each keyword you can also track your Google My Business profile, not only your website, this is a very nice feature.

The reporting is great, if you're an agency or need to report to someone else, you can choose between scheduled emails with PDF reports, live dashboards or a SERP simulation with top 100 rankings and your site highlighted. This is aslo very handy when your client is on a different location.

Pricing is also fair, the keywords I'm tracking are not volatile, so I choose to track them every week, that way the cost for tracking 200 keywords is just 10/month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main drawback is the inability to integrate multiple Google Search Console accounts. This feature would be beneficial for managing websites for different clients and give them better insights.

There are many benefits of using Keyword.com's services. One is the ease of use of their APIs when it's required for an integration with another system. The documentation is easy to understand.

The dashboard as well offers ways to structure your data in groups, which is beneficial when you have a hierarchy in the data.

Search Intent is another data point which is useful for SEO research.

Another great feature is the ability to have a report on the keywords from a project, which is shareable via a link. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

These are 2 minor details which can be improved on the UI and the API:

- When the user deletes a project and after creates one with the same name, it shows with the Deleted Project label. It would be better to show this information somewhere in the dashboard of the project, maybe next to the 'Last Updated' label.

- It would be helpful to have an endpoint to delete multiple keywords (either by id or the keyword itself), especially in use cases where in an API integration, it's required to edit a list of keywords, where keywords can be added or deleted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has everything you need and it's all very intuitively located. No need to search around and open screen after screen to find what you need. I found it to be very user friendly. I really didn't notice anything that I dislike. I have used several different services, and I think keyword.com is both affordable and in line with the more expensive services as far as what tools you have access to. The user interface is really good. Doesn't overwhelm you.

There's nothing to set up - you just login and go for it. I have been using it daily and find it very helpful with my keyword research.

I've been using keyword.com since [checks billing info] Sept 2019 (back when it was called SERPbook). I've tried out other rank trackers, but keyword.com includes a bunch of features that others don't. A big one for me is SERP screenshots — unlike other tools which just link to the live version of the page, Keyword.com actually scrapes and stores the entire 100-result SERP. I can roll-back to see SERP changes day to day over the past month—essential now that most of the time my clients lose clicks to new Google SERP features, not to other websites ... a purely numerical rank tracker just doesn't cut it right now. Their support is amazing (always quick, always expert, and never an AI chatbot).

Other features I use and love:

- easy link to share live rank tracking results with clients

- auto-sends PDF report monthly to whomever you want

- hooks up wonderfully to Looker Studio

- hooks up to Google Search Console (and they keep your data secure, don't sell it or look at it)

- SERP screenshot links (they call it "spyglass") are shareable -- awesome for showing quick wins to clients like after winning a featured snippet

- share of voice is essential when you're tracking lots of keywords...tells the big picture story

- mobile and desktop

- on-demand refreshes included in the plan (so that, haha, you can refresh tooo many times during a big algo update)

- option to track GMB/local pack as well, can set it down to the ZIP code

And finally, it's a small thing, but for some reason the Keyword.com rank tracker does not trigger impressions in Google Search Console. I track some really small/infrequently searched keywords and it's super annoying to realize (with other rank trackers, including Ahrefs) that the pattern of impressions exactly matches the cadence of *your own* rank tracker.
