Rankings seem to match what we find, and on our end we have had 100% uptime with them. No issues getting rankings, and we will continue to use them in the future. Also, due to the multiple locations we service, it has been beneficial to run ranking checks in various geographic areas. **What do you dislike about Keyword.com?** Less than a month in, we have had zero issues at this point. Uptime is 100%, and a few questions have been answered within 24 hours. Been an excellent service. **What problems is Keyword.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted a reliable keyword tracker, and Keyword.com has solved the issues on that end.
